Shipping
Important! All shipments require a correct street address (sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes). We guarantee that your gifts will arrive in perfect condition to the correct street addresses you provide. Delivery services will not forward our packages and most of our gifts will not withstand the additional transit time required for reshipping. We're sorry, but we cannot extend our guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect address.
Standard Shipping orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week to allow time for products to reach their destination before the weekend. Please consider this when placing your order. Standard Shipping costs per address are $10.95, plus $4.95 for each additional item. You can expect your gift to reach the recipient within approx. 5-10 days depending on when the order is placed. Overnight shipping costs an additional $25 per address, and is available Monday thru Friday to be shipped Tuesday thru Saturday.
Shipping rates cover normal delivery within the continental United States. Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii require a $20 extended area charge. |
Delivery Dates
To assure the availability of your gifts, order as early as possible. Indicate the date by which you'd like your packages to arrive. ALLOW 5-10 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. Orders not marked with a delivery date will be considered for shipment as ready (5-10 days).

To ensure that your order arrives at its destination in perfect condition, it's shipped using special protective packaging. All meats are individually vacuum packaged, then frozen fresh to lock in all the natural juices and flavor. The meats are packed in an attractive gift box and nestled in a reusable insulated cooler (if applicable) with enough dry ice to ensure safe delivery. Finally, the container is shrink wrapped for an additional layer of protection. It's the best way to ensure that every order is delivered in perfect condition.
